Anymeee uses artificial intelligence to generate a short (~15-second) video in which your uploaded photo is depicted in a chosen themed scene. All output is AI-generated and is watermarked, labelled as AI-generated, and carries C2PA content-provenance metadata.
Sold via a prepaid credit / bundle model (no subscription, no auto-renewal). Each generation consumes the credits shown before purchase. All prices include any mandatory taxes/fees shown at checkout; no hidden charges.

Digital content delivered after AI processing completes — typically within a few minutes (guideline 3–6 minutes); the finished video and a notification appear on screen and by email.
Current markets (US/AU/NZ/CA): there is no general statutory cooling-off right for online digital content delivered immediately. See Refunds for your rights on failed or defective generations (non-excludable under Australian Consumer Law / NZ Consumer Guarantees Act).
EU/UK (future): when the Service launches there, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content will apply and we will obtain express consent to immediate performance before generation. Not applicable now (EU/UK region-blocked).
Digital content; no refund for change of mind once a video is generated. However we re-credit or refund where: a generation technically fails (credits auto-returned); we could not properly provide the product; or the content is not of satisfactory quality / not as described. Credits/bundles are valid for at least 3 years from purchase (and roll forward from your last use), aligning with the strictest applicable prepaid/gift-card rules (e.g. Australia’s 3-year minimum). The validity period is shown before purchase and on your receipt; paid credits are not forfeited without clear prior notice.
Internet/communication charges are the customer’s responsibility. Inquiries answered within 3 business days. Address and telephone number disclosed without delay upon request.
