Privacy Policy

Draft for review. This policy treats uploaded face photos as biometric / special-category data and is built around explicit consent. Markets: US (excl. Illinois), Australia, New Zealand, Canada (excl. Quebec). Not offered in the EU/UK at this stage; Illinois and Quebec are region-blocked. Effective: 2026-06-28 (draft).

1. Controller

Data controller: Masaaki Kawakita (川北正明), sole proprietor, Japan (trading as “Information Service”). Contact: support@anymeee.com. EU/UK Art. 27 representatives are not applicable while the Service is not offered there; they will be appointed before any EU/UK launch.

2. What we collect

Account data: email, authentication identifiers (Google sign-in or email code).
Your uploaded photograph (face) — biometric / special-category data, processed to generate your video.
Generated video.
Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, approximate location (tax, fraud prevention, regional access controls).

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

4. Biometric data — consent, retention & destruction

We process facial data only after your explicit, separate, opt-in consent, given before upload.
Retention & destruction schedule: uploaded source photos deleted within 3 days; generated videos kept 30 days (delete sooner anytime); biometric data is not retained beyond what is needed to produce your video and is destroyed when the purpose is fulfilled or on request. We do not sell or profit from biometric data and maintain reasonable safeguards.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, and request portability where applicable. California (CCPA/CPRA): facial data used for identification is “sensitive personal information”; you may limit its use and opt out. To exercise rights: support@anymeee.com.

6. Processors & transfers

We use Stripe (payments) and fal.ai / underlying model providers (AI generation). Processing occurs in Japan and other countries; we require written assurances from processors handling personal/biometric data.

7. Children

The Service is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (under 13 under US COPPA). If we learn a minor has used the Service, we delete the data and close the account. High-privacy defaults and data minimisation apply.
