Privacy Policy

Draft for review. This policy treats uploaded face photos as biometric / special-category data and is built around explicit consent. Markets: US (excl. Illinois), Australia, New Zealand, Canada (excl. Quebec). Not offered in the EU/UK at this stage; Illinois and Quebec are region-blocked. Effective: 2026-06-28 (draft).

1. Controller

Data controller: Masaaki Kawakita (川北 正明), sole proprietor, Japan (trading as “Information Service”). Contact: support@anymeee.com. EU/UK Art. 27 representatives are not applicable while the Service is not offered there; they will be appointed before any EU/UK launch.

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, and request portability where applicable. California (CCPA/CPRA): facial data used for identification is “sensitive personal information”; you may limit its use and opt out. To exercise rights: support@anymeee.com.

6. Processors & transfers

We use Stripe (payments) and fal.ai / underlying model providers (AI generation). Processing occurs in Japan and other countries; we require written assurances from processors handling personal/biometric data.

7. Children

The Service is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (under 13 under US COPPA). If we learn a minor has used the Service, we delete the data and close the account. High-privacy defaults and data minimisation apply.
