Anymeee (“we”, “us”) is operated by Masaaki Kawakita (川北 正明), a sole proprietor in Japan, trading as “Information Service”. Contact: support@anymeee.com; abuse/takedown: report@anymeee.com.
The Service is for adults 18 or older. By using it you confirm you are 18+. We use an age check at sign-up and may remove and delete the account of anyone we believe is under 18. The Service is not directed to children.
You may upload only your own face, OR a photo of a person who has given you express, documented consent. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are the person depicted or hold that person’s consent; (b) you own or are licensed to use the image; (c) you will not upload images of public figures / celebrities or any person without consent; (d) you will not upload images of minors.
Violation results in immediate termination, content removal, and where required, reporting to authorities.
All output is AI-generated and is watermarked, labelled as AI-generated, and C2PA-signed. You must not remove the AI label/watermark or present the output as authentic, unlabelled footage.
Prepaid credits / bundles. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Prices shown inclusive of mandatory taxes/fees before payment. Credit validity: see the Commercial Transactions Disclosure (at least 3 years).
See the Commercial Disclosure for refund terms. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not excluded (e.g. Australian Consumer Law; NZ Consumer Guarantees Act). Failed/defective generations are re-credited or refunded.
You retain rights in the photo you upload and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service for the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. You receive a licence to use the generated video for personal/lawful purposes; keep the AI label intact.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim (including right-of-publicity, likeness, privacy, biometric, and IP claims, and legal fees) arising from your uploads or breach of these Terms.
To report infringement, non-consensual imagery, or other violations: report@anymeee.com. We act expeditiously, removing validly-notified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours, and handle copyright and other notices. Repeat-infringer accounts are terminated.
The Service is provided “as is” except for non-excludable statutory guarantees. AI results vary; sample outputs are illustrative.
Governing law: Japan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply where they grant greater protection.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
